Beyond file transfer.
Active orchestration.
Transform X12 and EDIFACT documents into validated, ERP-connected workflows across orders, inventory, shipping, invoices, partners, and exceptions.

A failed document is an operational event.
Traditional EDI often flags an error after the process has already stalled. Zaptiva validates, enriches, and routes the transaction in the context of inventory, pricing, ERP, warehouse, and partner requirements.

Which EDI standards are supported?+
Zaptiva supports the two primary EDI standards businesses encounter. ASC X12 is the dominant standard in the United States and North America, particularly among distributors, manufacturers, retailers, and their QuickBooks or Sage ecosystems. Common X12 transaction sets include the 850 purchase order, 856 Advance Ship Notice, and 810 invoice. UN/EDIFACT is the international standard used extensively across Europe, Asia, and global trading networks. Zaptiva can translate, validate, and orchestrate both standards as part of connected ERP and supply-chain workflows.
Can EDI transactions update the ERP?+
Yes. Documents can be transformed and validated before creating or updating supported ERP transactions.
Can Zaptiva prevent chargebacks?+
Upstream validation can flag missing or noncompliant data before a document is transmitted, reducing preventable exceptions.
